Referral Bonus Program For Candidates

SGP's unique Referral Bonus Program offers a referral bonus for each candidate that is placed who was referred. Bonus is $1000 and is paid after candidate completes guarantee period and upon payment by client on placement. There is not a limit on referrals. Person being referred must reference the referral in the initial email contact and referral can not have already responded to a job posting. Referrals are confidential, just supply a name, email and phone number.
